Sign the Consulting Agreement

Once your intake form is submitted, we'll send over the consulting agreement and request a deposit to officially reserve your start date.

Not sure which package suits you best? Let's meet to discuss your options and refine the scope of services before you commit.

Finalize Your Package

Following your consultation (if applicable), we'll confirm your selected services, send a summary for your approval, and issue an invoice to begin.

Onboarding & Service Delivery

Services begin according to your package or membership selection, with scheduled reviews, consultations, and updates provided throughout.

Scheduling Trainings

Training sessions are scheduled one week in advance, with flexible rescheduling available (24-hour notice required). Recordings can be provided upon request.

Reviewing Package Materials

You'll receive innovative materials, forms, and process documents. We'll review your feedback and make adjustments as needed.

Additional Correspondence

Need extra support? Additional training or consulting time can be added at our hourly fee.

Payment Details

Packages

50% deposit due at start; remaining balance due within 15 days of package completion.

Custom Projects

Priced per project; deposit may be required.

Memberships

Automatic monthly payments, cancellations effective at month-end only.

Hourly Services

Pre-purchased hourly bundles available, invoiced monthly

Discontinuing or Reinstating Services

Flexible, Respectful Transitions

We understand that companies need to shift. Our discontinuation and reinstatement process is simple and transparent.

Continuous Support

As long as your membership or consulting package is active, you'll have access to continuous guidance and professional consultation.

Discontinuing Services

You may discontinue services at any time.

  • Membership cancellations are effective at the end of the current month.
  • After completing a package, you may choose to pause or end services before beginning a new phase.

Reinstating Services

If you'd like to resume services after a pause, we'll make every effort to accommodate your request.

Please note that active clients receive scheduling priority, and reinstatement may depend on availability.

Lack of correspondence for two months is considered discontinuation unless otherwise communicated.
