After setting up your quality assurance (QA) process with one of our QA packages, you can opt for the Gryd Monthly Subscription. This ensures that your staff consistently apply and implement QA measures, resolving frequent issues promptly.
Option 1: Ongoing QA Support Membership:
This Package Includes:
- Follow-Up: Regular follow-up with QA staff to ensure training practices are being followed. This will include conducting IOA data on QA reviews of medical records
- QA Questions: Direct access to our team for any QA-related questions
- QA Insurance Updates: Regular updates with insurance payors. Please be advised that these updates will be based on published criteria only.
- Monthly Consultation: A 1-hour consultation each month
Three Consecutive Months of Ongoing QA Support Membership grants you the following complimentary services:
- Random Audits: Audits of 2-4 clients conducted randomly.
- Quarterly QA Audit: Comprehensive quarterly audits to evaluate and provide analytics on the effectiveness of your QA measures.
Six Consecutive Months of Ongoing QA Support Membership grants you grants you the following complimentary services:
- QA Resource Library: Access to exclusive training videos and tutorials and resource documents.
- CEU Workshops: Participation in one of Gryd’s Continuing Education Units (CEU) workshops.

This Package Includes:
- QA Questions: Direct access to our team for any QA-related questions
